Due to the volume and overload of messages and emails we recive, we may not always be able to answer your questions via Social Media Or Emails promptly. However, we have listed below some of the most frequently asked questions for your reference. - Approximately How Long Does Shipping Take?
Once your order is placed, the order processing begins. Our processing time varies, due to the demand on orders and may be anywhere between 1-3 business days excluding weekends and Holidays. Once Your order reaches its final stages of processing, [1-3 business days] it will be ready to be shipped. You can expect your package to be delivered via USPS Shipping, which can include Standard, First Class, or Priority, additional charges for quicker delivery are also available. You can estimate your package to arrive between 5-7 business days once in possessions of USPS at the most, DEPENDING on your location and the USPS delivery schedule. Should you need additional information feel free to locate and contact your local USPS location for more accurate dates. Rural Aura currently Ships Orders Out Of the state of Maryland.
- I Never Received My Order, What Happened?
Once your order is processed [1-3 business days] and shipped you will automatically receive an email confirmation with tracking information. Once you receive your email confirmation with the tracking number information; this means your order is now in the hands of the USPS, and Rural Aura is NO longer in possession or responsible for your package. Although USPS is a highly reputable and popular shipping resource, they sometimes may make mistakes and your packages can take longer that what the expected delivery date shown with tackinging information. Please note, if and when this may happen it is out of our [Rural Aura's] control. Unfortunately, we (Rural Aura) are unable to issue you a refund for any lost packages. If you would like to further discuss any shipping problems after you have received your email confirmation with your tracking information, we can suggest that you try to contact your local USPS and supply them with your tracking number. The USPS can let you know the information on your missing package. This instance is a rare circumstance, however it can and still does happen. We want to simply advise you and outline the steps and precautions in order to promptly take action should this event occur.
- How Often Do You Restock Items?
At Rural Aura we strive to keep our inventory fresh and supply you with the latest trends. In order to achieve this goal, we rarely restock any merchandise. The majority of our selections are a onetime run only. If there is an item, you absolutely love contact us and we may be able to preorder the style for you.
- If I Made A Purchase Using A Promotional Code, Am I Able To Make An Exchange Or Receive A Store Credit?
We currently do offer frequent promotions and sales. Due To This Reason, All Sale/ Promotional Items Purchased Are Final Sales No Exceptions.
- What Are Rural Aura Boutique Exchange Policies?
At Rural Aura, we offer store credit on all purchases made at retail price. Any Orders purchase on promotion or with the use of promotional codes are FINAL SALE. NO EXCEPTIONS. NO EXCLUSIONS. If the item was purchased at retail price it can be returned or exchanged for a store credit as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, unstained. Please take note and be aware that a fragrance, deodorant or cologne scent on the products will be considered used, no exceptions. - If I Receive My Order, & The Product Is Damaged, Am I Able To Receive A Replacement Or Store Credit?
If you receive a damaged or defective item, you have 3 business days from the delivery date (with tracking information showing the item was delivered) to contact us via email@example.com with clear and concise photo attachments of your damaged item. We want to provide you with the best quality items and best customer service to resolve your issues in a prompt fashion, so please ensure to contact us within the 3 business days time frame.
In your email please include the following: your full name, order #, the product name and size, clear photo attachments of the damaged items.
Should you email us out of the above timeframe, (3 business day) your order will not be considered for an exchange. If we are out of stock on that particular item, a store credit will be issued and does not include the cost of shipping.
- If The Item Broke, Ripped, Tore While I Was Wearing It / Washing It. Am I Able To Receive A Store Credit Or Receive A Refund?
Unfortunately, we understand that these circumstances may be very disappointing. And We Sincerely apologize for this inconvenience. However, if this issue does occur, at the moment we do not manufacture our own personal products and we do not have any control over these circumstances or cases. We always recommend washing and taking care of the items listed on our clothing care cards. Rural Aura is not responsible for these damages after a product is used. (once you open the packaging, the items are considered used) We are unable to issue you a refund or store credit on something that broke or ripped after trying it on or wearing it. No exceptions, we appreciate you understanding.
- What Size Should I Purchase? Are You Able To Recommend Sizing?
Sizing may be difficult to determine your size in each item, however each item are from different suppliers and manufactures. Also, different factors go into the product sizing itself, like the elasticity of the fabric, stretch and the pattern/cut of the item. Because of these reasons we are unable to recommend a size because we do not know your body type, shape comfortability for your body size. However, we always try to disclose the full details on each product and how the item stretches and fits in all of our product descriptions. Please Be Advised : Rural Aura Is not responsible if an item does not fit the way it is expected, use your discretion before placing an order. However, we do offer store credit. Please refer to our RETURN POLICY for more in detail information.
- Do you have a size chart?
Yes we do offer a standard size chart to give you an idea of where you may fall on a size chart. We always list the model and product measurements for your convenience. Please note that all products are from different suppliers and may not run the same size wise. Please use your discretion, we cannot suggest a specific size but we can describe how the product fits. Please read all descriptions and policies before making a purchase.
- Am I Able To Return A Bodysuit?
Due to hygiene purposes, ALL BODYSUITS ARE FINAL AT ALL TIMES NO EXCEPTIONS. For Your Protection & Other Customers, we can not take a bodysuit back. Even if its unworn. NO EXCEPTIONS.
- Where does my store credit go to? How can I access it?
All store credits are credited in the from of an E Giftcard directly to your email that can be redeemed through ruralaura.com
- I do not have an account, How Am I Able To Use My Store Credit?
You do not need an account to access your store credit [giftcard], we can issue you a giftcard or a coupon code with the dollar amount in order to redeem your credit.
- When Will My Store Credit Be Processed?
Once your return is received from USPS and approved for a return status, your online store credit will be processed in 1-2 business days. We count received via USPS within 2 business days of the items being delivered/picked up. You can always keep tracking of your return by checking the USPS provided tracking number you received once you shipped the product back to us.
