Return Policy

 At Rural Aura we strive to make our customers happy with your purchase throughout your entire shopping experience from ordering to receiving. 

Return of your item(s) can be made within 7 days of delivery date for a store credit of the product only. No store credit will be given for shipping cost. All items must be  original, unopened, new, unworn, undamaged and unaltered condition with all tags attached (including the return tag) and its original receipt. Any returns received with deodorant stains, makeup stains, perfume scent, pet hair, or smoke scent will not be accepted and returned back to you. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with returns including items that are not accepted for return by Rural Aura.

  • Final sale/clearance, flash sale items can not be returned, store credit or exchanged at anytime.
  • Shoes can be returned for store credit only if the product is in unworn/undamaged condition in its original box. Any form of damage to the shoe box, or the shoes themselves will not be accepted for return. The customer is responsible for all shipping cost associated with shoe returns including shoes that are not accepted for return by Rural Aura
  • Accessories, Cosmetics, Jewelry, Belts, Bodysuits, Bralettes, Gift Certificates are Final Sale, and are NOT eligible for returns or exchanges.

 

Exchange Policy

Exchanges are not accepted for any Rural Aura products or items Store Credit Only. Please refer to the size charts provided for accurate fitment. In the event a store credit is issued, the amount will reflect the price paid for that specific product without the cost of shipping. The customer is responsible for paying the difference after the store credit has been used. 

Store Credit Policy

All store credits issued may not be redeemed or used for the cost of shipping, and or gift cards, or on any existing collaborations. Store Credits at this time do not have an expiration date unless otherwise stated.

Refund Policy

We will refund your purchase amount (minus any shipping fees) in the form of a store credit only.

 
Damage Products

If you receive a damage or defective product, contact us with in 3 business days via email ruralaura@gmail.com, also submit photos of the defective item you received.
